    This is a lecture Joe gave at the Third Anniversary Celebration of SOBRAN’S, November 15, 1997. The complete text is available on-line, along with “Intern Affairs,” a special epilogue written February 1, 1998.

    The lecture now serves as the Prologue to Hustler: The Clinton Legacy, but “Intern Affairs” is available only in the booklet and on-line.
